Refund Policy

Returns

We have a strict 30 day policy. 31 days after you receive the product the refund is no longer applicable. The product must be in our original packaging unused and sealed. Please have a proof of purchase in order to return the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Wholesale orders are final. Please note there will never be a refund issued for a wholesale order, most wholesale orders are made to order.

For non-wholesale orders your refund will be issued as soon as we receive the merchandise and inspect it. We will email you once we receive the merchandise with a approval as soon as it passes inspection. If approved your refund will take place ASAP on our end, to the card you used to purchase. Please note it may take some time for your bank to process the refund and load the money back into your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Most transactions take about 5-7 business days to refund. Please contact your bank about the refund to see when it will post back to your account.

Sale items (if applicable)

Any items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

To exchange a product you must meet the following requirements:

• Product must be damaged or defective.
• Product was not what you ordered.

Shipping

To return your product please call our office phone (888) 252-6090 and we will 100% make sure you are satisfied. For a exchange we will send out new product when we receive the product you wish to exchange.
