What happens if I get my shipment, and its incorrect, or there is something missing?

That’s not a problem at all! Just go to the Contact tab on our webpage, and on that screen, choose whether you would like to call in, receive an email, or speak to one of our operators via the live chat option.

Can I go to a Cured Bomb Desserts store?

Currently, we do not have any Cured Bomb Desserts stores that solely sell our products. However, we can ship almost anywhere in the US, and take care of the inconvenience of a trip to the store by having our catalog available to order from anytime, all online!

How will I know what other ingredients are in the products I’m purchasing?

We pride ourselves on delivering the best experience for all our clients. All the ingredients are listed on a label for each product. If you are unsure about any ingredients, or have more questions regarding the content, fell free to contact us via the Contact tab on the webpage.

What are points?

We love our loyal customers! When a retail customer make an order on our website we assign points to the account of the customer. Retail customers can use points in future orders at checkout to get a discount. To see the number of points available go to My Account

Also, you can get EXTRA POINTS

Write a product review get 10 points.
Make 10 orders get 500 points.
Make a order of $100 or more get 100 points.

Is there a membership option to get treats monthly?

We do not currently have a membership club yet. However, it is something being kept in mind, so keep coming back and ordering with us at Cured Bomb Desserts!

Do you do wholesale orders?

Absolutely. If you are a future customer who is seeking a wholesale option, click on the Wholesale tab in the upper right. There you will find a special form to be filled out, and once completed, a Cured Bomb Desserts representative will be in touch with you promptly to continue the process.

Why do I have to register with an account on the website?

As mentioned before, we want to make sure that we are providing great customer service for all our customers. Registering with our website allows us to value you as a customer and keep track of what kind of treats/products are important to you. It also allows us to keep in touch with you as our customer, and keep us in the know about what’s working, and what are some possible adjustments we may need to consider.
